This track draws on the imagery of being lost in the dark and finding a guide who has already walked the path.

In ancient India, the sārthavāha—the caravan-leader—was a figure of immense trust. He had scouted the terrain, knew where water could be found, knew which passes were safe. Travelers put their lives in his hands.

The bodhisattva is compared to this figure: one who has already walked the path, knows the dangers, and leads others through—not for profit, but from compassion.

Clouds so thick I couldn't see my hand, let alone my soul
I was stumbling round in circles, nowhere left to go
Just wandering from stop to stop, dragging calm and slow
Then a flash of lightning cracked the sky wide open
