Tomás Urquieta is back home. Today, the New York-based Chilean producer returns to Insurgentes to present: 'El David Muerte', his second studio album. This time, eight cuts are exploring meaninglessness moments, cigarette haze and night, pure serial mistakes. This full-length is a eulogy to failed acts. Reflections and loops sometimes delirious, in a sort of threshold of affective links and connections towards all the no-mind states which emerge daily, anonymous, as a small-time exercise that blur with the same speed in which one wanders down the street. This is a journey into elusive and distracted thoughts, both yours and Tomás'ones. They are memories of past and future loves, political ideas that get lost among the horrible advertising, in a graffiti or at the moment you look down to send a useless text message.

Tomás indelible sound print, where nostalgia collides with incisive percussion and soaring sound design, are creative acts that culminate as anonymous milestones of this wandering. Perhaps, more than an album, this release is a set of fragments, frugal chronicles, small stories that enhance and consolidate Tomás Urquieta´s coherence and consistency in recent years.
