We rushed back after hearing the siren like always, even though it was thought to be just a drill... when we arrived we realized we were too late. Our city had been pillaged, stripped and destroyed. Those vandals took everything; homes marauded and valuables looted, if only we had listened to the neighbouring towns. Your warnings were interpreted as implausible rumors, many of us had not believed the stories. We were naive. But we now see the ominous truth behind those legends. The stories of the BVNDITS pillaging even cities under the protection of the monarch had been true. I do not believe we will recover from this effortlessly, but we will put forth our best to rebuild as efficiently and securely as possible. In such traumatic times I reach to you for any aid you can administer me and my people. The templars have already kindly extended their arm for protection. I hope you will find it in you to help us through these tough times since you too, have seen your city fall to the BVNDITS, even if it was centuries ago...

My people,
                 The BVNDITS broke the oath yet again, this time by attacking one of our towns under the protection of the Monarch Doctrine. Minister J. II informed me of this, he is greatly distressed and fears for the safety of our people. The Templars have offered their assistance in protecting the Minister's city as much as they can. Furthermore, I must stress this decision is not an act of fearful impulse, but one of precise plotting and debating amongst the Roman Thieves, the Crook Templars, I and my council. The acts of the BVNDITS as we all know have always been in the interest of greed and disregard for lawful enforcement. The trials of living peacefully among them through the oath that our ancestors made have proved unresolving, and so, as Monarch, I am putting forth the priority of our Kingdom to end the freedom of the BVNDITS. As of now, the oath no longer exists. I swear to our Lord to put all effort forth to protecting this kingdom and its people. If that means going to war with the BVNDITS then so be it. From this day on, any civilian spotting of the enemy is to be reported to your King so Templar watch can be issued. Our days as a peaceful land may be coming to an end. Although this proclamation seems to put our land in a gloomy and hopeless state, we can not fall if we stick together as a monarchy. The fellowship of the Templars and the Roman Thieves are in full order to protect our people. You must be strong, for your loved ones, and for your King. By the final hour of this day, a war against the BVNDITs will be in effect.
