Band is the newest project from West Hill dancefloor mystics Dario di Pace, Raffaele Arcella, and Enrico Fierro and on the Good Feelings 7”, released by Periodica Records, the trio pair passages of majestic diva ecstasy and cooing spoken word to crisp disco beats, grease soaked bassline grooves, and galactic synth leads while funk guitars flash around the spectrum. Claps crack into the electrified night, FM chords sparkle like starlight, and hand drums ride the warming currents of a seaside breeze while elsewhere, the track gives over to brief expanses of polyrhythmic intensity. And in addition to the vocal version, A.C.
