This 5-minute doc features interviews with 8 year-old Ayla and 12 year-old Sam discussing how they feel about their parents sharing photos of them online. 

Sam, who has Facebook for a year, also discusses how and what she shares and whether or not she thinks that has an influence. Jane Tallim, Co-Executive Director of Media Smarts, explains how research shows how youth are extremely aware of their online presence and advises how parents may proceed when discussing these issues with their children.

Mt. Jo was thick with snow and I needed snowshoes to summit. It was an easy hike with an incredible view.

At 1,249m of elevation, Cascade Mountain is one of the 46 "High Points" in the Adirondacks.

A binaural recording at the Sea Lion lookout in Sleeping Giant Provincial Park. This lookout is atop a cliff high above and on the edge of Lake Superior. The lookout is formed  by aggressive waves hitting the rocks, which you can hear in this recording.
