i hope everyone is well & coping in a self-loving manner. some time has passed since i hosted a sample challenge - since then i started many projects from which most would never see the day of a release. the logical step is to make samples for you, motivate you to make art for yourself and enjoy as many contributions to this challenge as possible.

this challenge should help you grow as an artist. it doesn't matter if your entry isn't perfect. i took the samples from four of my unreleased tracks which are also uploaded to this page. take them as inspiration.

Picking up right where Part 1 left off, Forged in Embers, We Rise (Part 2) shifts the perspective on this patch.


Built around the raw power of analog—oscillators (Rubicon, Dixie, Atlantis) and filters (Morgasmatron, Belgrad, Atlantis SH-style)—this one is pure voltage. Sure, you can fake analog warmth digitally, but here? It’s 100% the real deal. And it slaps.


Before recording, I ran these signals through Class A compression and harmonic distortion—5kg of meticulously crafted circuits, designed by an audio purist.


But of course, I had to push it further. Enter an ultra-detailed, shimmering network of digital echoes and a live buffer that remaps the sequence in real time with some turing-machine smart algos (because pure random is for fools). Shine on!
