This is my very first full length song I made with the Akai Mini Mk2 and PreSonus Studio One Artist. I was sitting in Sout Tirol on a balkony. Left and right of me about 1,500m mountains, it was night and warm. Inspiration struck me instantly and I fell in love with Synths. I'm gonna do this now. Forever.

Der Berg Ist Mein Beschützer

My second Synth track. Also done in South Tirol. Oh vacation, you are the birthplace of my muse. Anyway: outside was a thunderstorm coming. Huge clouds gathered around the mountaintops and were about to release the kraken. But it just went dark. And kilometers away you could see huge flashes. Thunder came minutes late and was slow and almost careful. It was impressive. This is why it's called the "Weather's night" It was dark and seemed dangerous. But in the end it just was the dark side of weather. Not better or worse than sunshine or snow. Just different and beatiful. :) *Photo taken by https://www.pexels.com/@slendyalex thx mate!

Wetternacht

This one is about a wicked Alchemist. She is experimenting with power and finds her end in a neverending desire for it. Oh, the irony. I played around with some sweet FX from Freesound.org. Special thanks to https://freesound.org/people/Robinhood76/sounds/84606/ for her evil laugh. I had a good laugh myself with this one. You can "read" a the simple narrative, if you listen to the sound effects. Have fun :)

Die Wirre Alchemistin

I started this one with heavy sawing synths and there was ALOT going on. Feeling that slow process is in general my thing I figured I had to calm down, reduce and make it less agitated. After many corrections, deletes and re-recordings I found a blizzard to be just what I was experiencing. More and more comes togehter, until you lose orientation, you're stuck and all you need is the reduction noise, visually and sonic. That what I did. When all comes to rest it's fine snow dancing on your frozen nose. Lovely. So I decided, this is it. No more, no less. Enough is enough. Basta. Hehe.  

Blizzard

I feel flat and hollow at the same time today. All I could come up with was this flat and hollow piece. It helps to ventilate emotions I cant handle otherwise. Its important to me to open up in general. Sharing a song I made when I felt bad is a step forward for me. I shared a feeling with you. That's why :)

Nichts außer Schlaf fühlt sich richtig an...

Sat on this one for weeks. Because my mojo was drained. It went off from kinda hectic and loud track, with string sections that were totally overpowered and and not very well balanced tonality to a rather calm track. I used "went off" for the first time and have no clue about it. Hehe. Jep, so the tones made me think of a music box. With harsh hitting, fast responding sounds that have a very mechanical pattern. The Bass made me feel like it was a machines heartbeat. Often used as a motive for nostalgic feelings or evil spirits a music box surely is connected to our soul, in its perception. Well, here it is. Tell me how you feedl about it. Maybe noone will EVER read this. If you read this, please tell me also ... :D the picture was provided by mstlion @ pixabay, ty :)

This one lay around for weeks. Wasnt musical lately. So I made this a finished product just by finishing it. Its lovely the way it is. Stay tolerant people. pic by wiki "black hole"   

Dark Star

After months of creating nothing i went back to this one. It was there, for weeks. But it couldnt satify my urge of making it better. So I left it to pick it up again and again and again, waiting that one creative moment might hit me, that will change it forever. Its a pretty good mirror of my actual expactation of life, for the longest time of it, I can say. Then I realized it's fine. I just can't let go of the thought that anything I create isn't good enough. So f*k that and here we go! :) 

Geduld

Struggeling with the power of existence to metapowermorph simple stuff into weird compositions. Glaring spontaneous. That was the old me. Now I'm doing super simple synthi stuff to be happy! Join meeeeee (while i hyperspace away from my position)
