Honored to be able to share the folk feeling of the Peruvian Jungle and get this sound known , this Chicha or Psychedelic Cumbia was created by Juaneco Y su Combo , a band from Pucalpa, Peru, One of the most innovative Peruvian cumbia bands in the 70's and a pioneer in the jungle cumbia genre.

"Happiness is a side effect" es extracto de "Aura LP", album creado con materiales grabados por Andres Oddone en dos viajes a India, principalmente a las provincias de Karnataka y Kerala. Es como un album de imagenes sonoras, pero tambien es un muestrario de los conceptos que nacieron de percibir esos lugares. 
"Happiness is a side effect EP" contiene remixes de musicos amigos con los cuales Andres habitualmente comparte el hacer: Tremor, Kaleema, El Buho, Piper Street Sound y Chelo Scotti.
Editado por Fertil Discos, un sello independeinte que mezcla electrónica y tradición, con base en Buenos Aires, Argentina.

"Happiness is a side effect" is an extract from "Aura LP",  an album created with the sounds Andres Oddone recorded during two trips to India, mainly to the Karnataka and Kerala provinces. It’s made of sound images, but it is also a sample book of concepts born after perceiving those places.

Far off in the brush of the West Africa there lives a tribe of people that have stirred up a lot of interest in their mythology. The Dogon, from Mali, have some interesting beliefs, elaborate rituals and myths. They believe that they are descended from ancient Egyptians and their story goes back further than 50,000 years. Their stories contain actual facts about the solar system and ancient history. The Dogon tribe believes that the starting point of creation is a star that revolves around Sirius and is known as the 'Digitaria star'. Their understanding is that this star is small, but heavy, and contains the building elements of creation. So, here are some building elements of their music creation. This is our new compilation and is called THE DOGON ORCHESTRA, full of positive vibes and awesome music. This is our world and you're welcome to it.......

Dear Fusioners, friends and family, here is the set that I played at the beautiful opening day of Salon de Baile, at Fusion Festival 2018. It was so mesmerizing and a pleasure for me to be surrounded by musicians that I am fan of, dear friends and a lot of lovely people. 
It includes a lot of upcoming music, some of wich will be released soon, and some other that I produced right before leaving Buenos Aires, only weeks before, so it was very special for me to try some tracks that night. I hope you enjoy.
