After the incredible part 1 of their cover version EP entitled; 'DO NOT COVER' featured probably the best ever version of Paolo Conte's VIA CON ME, the Italian trio now follow it up swiftly with this gem of a homage to swing music before they return once again with part 2 of their cover version EP later this summer! QUEEN OF SWING also features a collaboration with one of London's finest Balkan Brass outfits, GYPSY HILL whom they met backstage at the RUMPUS club one night and the single is every bit the feel-good, summertime floor-filler one would expect from that heritage. 'Masters of Swing is the first EP from two Berlin turntable-obsessives and features a sensitive electronic remake of the previously almost unknown French version of the hit 'Bei Mir Bist Du Scheen' by Jean Peyronnin and three more catchy versions of the Six Swingers, Harry Roy and His Orchestra and Carroll Gibbons & His Boyfriends.

They sourced their material from the Green Queen Music compilation ‘Mouthful O’Jam’, which blows new life into the aural treasures of the 1920’s and 30’s - an infamous and exciting era of decadent dances and smokin’ swing music - featuring the likes of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, and Lil (not Louis) Armstrong.

It was a fortunate accident when Germany-based DJs Wolfgang Lohr and Louie Prima met at the Electro Swing Revolution Party in February 2015 at Astra Club Berlin. 
Feeling that some new electro-swing tracks had become generic and a little safe, they began producing remixes and classic swing tracks which drew direct inspiration from the spirit and style of the ambitious pioneers from the birth of Electro Swing in 2010-2012.

Wolfgang began in the ska genre before producing Hip Hop, classic Trance and House. For fifteen years he was touring with live bands in Germany, playing the trumpet and singing background vocals. 
He is one of Berlin’s most respected electro DJs and producers.

Also known as DJ Globalution, this Electro Swing and World-Beats pioneer started his career in 1987 at the Club Atelier 89 in the former East Berlin.

He was one of the first Electro Swing DJ’s in Germany,

He is co- founder of the Electro Swing Revolution parties (together with Wolfram von Dobschütz) at the clubs Astra and Frannz in downtown Berlin as well as The Electro Swing Revolution Radio.

C@ in the H@ (pronounced: Cat in the Hat), DJ & Producer who creates a fusion of early twentieth century swing and jazz, and chunky twenty-first century beats with bouncy electronic bass.  

Hailing from Birmingham UK with a completely innovative style called "Swing with the Big Bass Sound", his DJ sets are about mashing it up and having fun, bringing you Electro Swing & Vintage Remix with aspects of Turntablism, DnB, House, Hip Hop, Dubstep & whatever else fits into the melting pot.  

He is also Director at Ragtime Records alongside Top Hat (Electric Swing Circus) & Duke Skellington (Vaude Villainz).  His EP Drugstore Cowboy charted across the board getting in the top 10 on Beatport DnB, Breaks & Dubstep charts, and his remix of 'Swingin' Together' has been featured on no less than 3 best of Electro Swing compilations. As well as producing music for Ragtime Records, he has also had release on Freshly Squeezed, Pedigree Cuts, Breakbeat Paradise Recordings, Ton Liebt Klang, & Greenqueen Music.   

Since 2012, his music has secured him gigs at the most exciting UK Festivals including Boomtown, Shambala, Secret Garden Party & Glastonbury; as well as seeing him playing gigs all across Europe, as well as further afield including UAE & Thailand.
