Painting an expanse of remote wilderness and open space (hopefully one that's not on fire.)

Tech notes: Makes heavy use of E520 FX: Spectral Drones - long drawn notes, Spectral Drone Hires - breathing sounds, and Granular Pitch for percussion. Some drone elements are layered, or paired with Ableton pitch shifted versions with additional DAW FX added. 'Howls' originated from setting a high filter resonance and slowly manipulating the frequency as a Zadar pattern regulates the input to the E520

tribute to "Spinner"  by Brian Eno/Wobble
The music on Spinner has its origins in the Eno-penned soundtrack to the Derek Jarman biographical 60-minute movie Glitterbug, which was released in 1994, shortly after Jarman's death.
Eno composed most of the soundtrack in his Kilburn studio, working directly onto digital stereo. In 1995, Eno handed the master-tapes to Wobble. 
Eno did not participate in any co-production on Spinner at all; it was all done by Wobble. Eno said "I didn't even hear it all till it was finished. I had no input at all on that stage of it. Everything that he put on, he produced. Anything you hear looming around in the back is probably what I produced".

A modular session recut in Ableton Live, mostly Braids, A-118 Noise and A-120 Filter with SQ-1 and Rene. I somehow heard Dracula in this material … and added samples from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MOYfSEmULL8 which claims to be a 'public domain' trailer.

Very inspiring to work with https://soundcloud.com/paul-beaudoin's and https://soundcloud.com/caustic_gates's duo recording. I went for a 4-to-the-floor beat (inspired by GAS/Wolfgang Voigt) to complement their contrasting L/R atmospherics.
