Floating between melodic house & techno, the copenhagen based producer Radeckt creates a reflection from his hometown in his music: progressive urban Nordic coolness! After releases on labels such as AEON, Sweet Musique and Sincopate, we are happy to have his first EP on Atmosphere Records. 

Loncau starts off the EP with a straightforward, melancholic synth, driving through the whole track. Accompanied by a strong bassline and some simple yet effective percussions, this first track set the tone for a decent club banger in the making.

The second track of the EP, Amijo has a more progressive feel to it. The synths keep evolving throughout the song resulting in a warm, clubby, vibrant atmosphere, just the way we like it.

Nachdem wir nun schon drei kopfüber-Sampler mit einem bunten Genre-Blumenstrauß veröffentlicht haben, kommt jetzt unser erster technoid ausgerichteter Sampler!

Bisher haben wir durch unsere Einnahmen versucht, unser eigenes Projekt zu finanzieren. Wir finden, dass es an der Zeit ist, sich aus gewohntem Fahrwasser heraus zu manövrieren, um Projekte zu unterstützen, die in einem größeren Zusammenhang stehen.

Deshalb haben wir uns dazu entschieden, die gemeinnützige Initiative Sea-Watch e.V. , die sich der zivilen Seenotrettung von Flüchtenden widmet, mit diesem Sampler zu unterstützen und werden sämtliche generierte Einnahmen spenden.
Dafür haben wir ganz unterschiedliche Produzent*innen, aus den unterschiedlichsten Teilen der Welt, mit einer guten Prise kopfüber-Crewbeteiligung oben drauf unter einem Banner vereinen können, was uns wirklich sehr freut... doch hört selbst.

Sea-Watch ist politisch unabhängig und finanziert sich ausschließlich durch Spenden. Angesichts der humanitären Katastrophe, die sich jeden Tag im Mittelmeer ereignet leistet Sea-Watch Nothilfe, fordert und forciert gleichzeitig die Rettung durch die zuständigen europäischen Institutionen und steht öffentlich für legale Fluchtwege ein. Neben den laufenden Betriebskosten, hat das Projekt seit längerem mit politischem Widerstand zu kämpfen. So musste erst vor kurzem eine Einstweilige Verfügung beim europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte durchgesetzt werden, um Schiffbrüchige in Italien
an Land bringen zu dürfen. Außerdem wird aktuell in Italien gegen die ehemalige Kapitänin der "Sea-Watch 3" unter dem Vorwurf der Beihilfe zur illegalen Einwanderung ermittelt und ihr droht eine hohe Haft- bzw. Geldstrafe. Durch diese juristischen Angriffe entstehen weitere Kosten für Anwält*innen und die generelle Unterstützung der von Repression Betroffenen.

Wir wollen mit dem Verein solidarisch sein und ihn hiermit finanziell unterstützen, sowie dem Thema zu einer größeren Sichtbarkeit verhelfen.

Migration ist ein Menschenrecht und Seenotrettung kein Verbrechen!

PREMIERE: Dynacom - Night Witcher (Nishan Lee Remix) [YIN]

Originally part of the "Demente" EP for Balkan Connection in spring 2018, Dynacom provided a moment of seething dark magic with "Night Witcher." Now receiving a pair of remixes courtesy of Yin and Yang, stars from Sri Lanka and Colombia take up the mantle.

With over two decades of experience in the dance music industry, centered around a blossoming scene in the Sri Lankan capital, Nishan Lee has created a name for himself through his Audiosolo events and radio show. A regular across Colombo's clubs alongside such stars as Guy J, Stan Kolev and Pole Folder, a debut solo EP for Michael A's Genesis Music in August 2018 has subsequently seen a steady stream of releases for imprints such as Stellar Fountain, Juicebox Music and One Of A Kind. With his music supported by a DJ elite including Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren and Jamie Stevens, a debut appearance on Yin saw a remix of Lanvary's Micromegas in December 2017. 

Now making his return, the Nishan Lee remix immediately excites with its fizzing percussive top line and stripped back bassline groove. Carefully using melodic elements from Dynacom's original, "Night Witcher" takes on a mesmerizing quality, lifted by ethereal and flowing melodic lines in the breakdown, exploding into the third movement with a dynamic energy that is sure to find favor on the dancefloor.

We’re thrilled to have the emerging duo Cyantist on Cinematique for the first time. Igor Dolfing and Victor Hoffmann are both from the forward thinking Dutch city of Groningen. 
They decided to form Cyantist after they have met each other at a technoparty and found out that both of them were busy with producing and playing music. 
It appeared that they were on the same level music wise which resulted in working together and Cyantist was born.
