Tape #1 - A Long Time Coming

45 minutes of quality rare soul taped live at Stafford Top Of The World All-Nighter. Tape submitted to the archive by Chris Harvey aka Trickster.

Tape #2 - Guy Hennigan & Keb Darge At Stafford TOTW

This live cassette tape has been kindly submitted by Gill Moore from Somerset. This tape is part of a small collection of around thirty C90 cassette tapes which have been stored in Gill’s attic for many years. A selection of the tapes have now been digitalised and kindly submitted to The Soul Archive for your listening pleasure. 

This particular tape is the first selected from the Gill’s Moore tape collection and is just short of an hour and half long. It was recorded live at Wigan Casino, at the infamous Friday oldies event in the hote summer of 1976. 

The tape includes two unknown Wigan Casino DJs playing a great selection of classic Northern Soul stompers which we are sure will bring some tear-jerking, happy memories back of the Wigan Casino glory years.
