Akïi is known for bringing energy to the dance floor and going crazy. Both in mixing and producing, paired-down beats are a main focus, together with ethereal sounds and glitchy ear candy.  Between the worlds of breakbeat, experimentation and the influence of hyperpop, Akïi has been playing around clubs in the UK, Berlin and Rome and creates an energetic environment with space for dreams, dancing and connecting.

Seasonal Sounds is a seasonal programme which aims to do a sonic interpretation of the current (and coming) season - both in terms of pace, seasonal events and its characteristics. It combines a variety of musical genres, sonic textures and field recordings in a mix for the season.

Seasonal Sounds #4 is dedicated to the season of autumn. Slowly, but surely the scenery changes in color and temperature, and it reminds us of both an ending and a new beginning. It gives space for a reflective mind and for one to find comfort in melancholia, thoughtfulness and careful repetition. Suddenly it's here, and we try to value its beauty, because we know it is temporary. AUTUMN.
