"For this months edition, I'm delighted to be welcoming Liquorish Records, label boss man, and redlight radio regular, along for his first show on the BCR airwaves. The second hour of this mix was recorded at his listening bar in Chiang Mai, with the first hour recorded by yours truly at More Rice record store - both mixes coming from our own vinyl collections.

Liquorish Records: I'm blessed to be asked by Tam to deliver a mix for his show. I haven't recorded a mix since covid hit the music scene. After Red Light radio closed, I had no outlet no more and Me and my partner focussed on opening our beloved listening bar in Chiang Mai ; Deaf Shop. So its an honor and a treat to get back on the digital airwaves.

This recording is called the Mix Up Cup ( based on the song included in this mix). It's a concentrated musical journey through styles that you can expect hearing on a night at the Deaf Shop (amongst many other genres). This mix is focussed on world grooves and world club music. Almost each song is from a different country. ALL VINYL -  Recorded Live at The Deaf Shop. See tracklist below.

Flavien m'a invité à mixer lors de la premiere partie de son dernier concert de sa mini tournée Re-Tour, qui finissait dans sa toute premiere salle parisienne, le point Ephemere. Moment émotion, défi de taille. J'ai opté pour un mix spécial qui nous emmène dans nos références musicales communes se mélangeant aux boucles sonores des musiques que flavien a composé depuis. Une sorte de déclaration d'amour de copains.
