El urbex o las exploraciones urbanas son una afición que consiste en adentrarse en lugares abandonados, en lo desconocido y en lo profundo. En el compilado anterior presentamos al personaje que iniciaría estas exploraciones; ahora, comenzamos con la aventura de la exploración en sí misma.
¿Cuál es la profundidad que reside en la creación? ¿Es esa que se encuentra en la soledad, en la conexión con nuestro propio pensamiento, emoción y experiencia?
Entramos a ese espacio interior, alejados de las distracciones interminables, para reconectar con lo más genuino de nuestro ser. Pero, ¿por qué buscamos ese espacio interior? Tal vez porque en ese lugar oculto dentro de nosotrxs, alejado del ruido del mundo, podemos encontrar lo esencial que nos define.
Al enfrentarnos con las partes oscuras de nuestro ser, aquellas que solo nosotrxs podemos ver, nos enfrentamos a nuestras vulnerabilidades y miedos más profundos. ¿Es en esa confrontación donde realmente nos encontramos con nuestra autenticidad?
Tal vez la afición por explorar espacios abandonados sea un recordatorio de que, para encontrar la belleza y la autenticidad de nuestro ser, necesitamos sumergirnos en lo profundo, en lo desconocido, en lo que ha quedado olvidado e inclusive en lo incómodo.
Es en esa quietud donde la creación puede florecer, ya que nos damos el permiso de explorar lo que no está a la vista, lo que normalmente queda oculto bajo el bullicio de la vida diaria.

Urbex, or urban explorations, is a hobby that involves delving into abandoned places, the unknown, and the depths. In the previous compilation, we introduced the character who would begin these explorations; now, we begin with the exploration itself.
What is the depth that resides in creation? Is it the one found in solitude, in the connection with our own thoughts, emotions, and experiences?
We enter that inner space, away from the endless distractions, to reconnect with the most genuine part of ourselves. But why do we seek that inner space? Perhaps because in that hidden place within us, away from the noise of the world, we can find what is essential and defines us.
By confronting the dark parts of ourselves, the ones only we can see, we face our deepest vulnerabilities and fears. Is it in that confrontation where we truly encounter our authenticity?
Perhaps the fascination with exploring abandoned places is a reminder that, to find the beauty and authenticity of our being, we need to dive deep, into the unknown, into what has been forgotten.
It is in that stillness where creation can flourish, because we give ourselves permission to explore what is not immediately visible, what is usually hidden beneath the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Polyrhythms spiral like broken timelines, edits twist the past into something unrecognizable, and bass shakes the ground beneath us.

But through all the chaos, one truth remains: we are one. Across continents and sounds, across generations and struggles, we move together. And in the end, freedom will win.

Un álbum conceptual sobre las deidades del desarrollo humano.
Naces, creces, te desarrollas y mueres. Este es el planteamiento que proponen Genosidra y Yajaira La Beyaca en un álbum compuesto por nueve temas.

La propuesta se apoya en una visión psicoanalítica del crecimiento: por ejemplo, la etapa del carácter anal, asociada con el control de los esfínteres en la infancia. Todo lo que ocurre durante este proceso —aparentemente trivial— moldea aspectos profundos de la personalidad adulta. Es, en cierto modo, un preludio al destino.

Al escuchar el álbum, se percibe con claridad una narrativa que transita desde la oscuridad hasta la violencia, pasando por el amor, la sexualidad, el fetichismo, el dolor, el masoquismo, el rencor, el odio, la fe, y finalmente, una manifestación cruda del carácter anal, que Yajaira expresa líricamente en cada tema, mientras Genosidra construye un universo sonoro que oscila entre la crudeza y lo ritual.

El primer tema, "La QK", actúa como prólogo. Abre con una línea provocadora:
“Dios dijo: tú tendrás güebo y tú tendrás cuca. Ninguno vivirá en pecado, porque los dos son mi sangre. Desde que nací me siento maluca; una mujer, sin cuca…”
Aquí, el nacer y el ser se fusionan en una declaración que desafía las normas impuestas sobre la identidad. Es un vogue irreverente, donde las letras de Yajaira y la producción de Genosidra dictan una nueva imposición, cargada de crítica, ironía y transgresión.

“El sonido de Caballito refleja el calor, la alegría, las raíces, las ganas de mover el culo, el sudor, la buena onda...”
Caballito da a luz en una cálida Granada en septiembre de 2010, fruto del reencuentro entre Bigote y Grita, dos auténticos exploradores y recicladores de los ritmos latinoamericanos.
Pioneros en nuestro país en esta corriente ElecTropical que poco a poco va invadiendo todo el globo, empiezan sus andadas publicando varias mixtapes en su propia web y en distintos blogs del subterráneo movimiento. Pronto decidirían ilustrar sus mezclas con una explosión de gifs animados, vídeos y colores estridentes y muy chillones (creados por ellos, son también apasionados de la imagen), creando así un entorno psicodélico, divertido y uniforme. Fue entonces cuando Grita y Bigote decidieron lanzarse a la producción estableciendo su propio netlabel, siguiendo la línea de la licencia libre (Creative Commons). De esta forma, todo lo publicado en Caballito, ya sean producciones suyas o de otros artistas, fluye libremente por la red.

Caballito is born in Granada, in September 2010, when Daniel aka Bigote and David aka Grita meet again. It was a while since these two guys were checking out traditional Latino-American rhythms and discovering the Digital Cumbia, new Tropical style emerging all around the world.
Caballito, pioneer in our Country within this musical current, started publishing mixtapes in his own web and in different blogs, with the intention of breaking our hips. But quickly this world was too small for them, so they started to flood us with videos and psychedelic gifs. Was at that time when Grita y Bigote jumped into production creating their own netlabel, whose phylosophy follow the free licence idea. All the stuff published - their own productions and the collaborators’ ones - all flow freely through the web.
