a few days ago i saw mac miller in a lobby in hollywood but was too star struck to approach him and tell him how much i love his music and how influential he’s been on my life. i remember being 14 years old and knowing every single word to KIDS and best day ever. he’s an artist that got even better with age and today we lost a true artist, songwriter, producer and trailblazer.. feels like i lost an older brother even though i never met him. missed my chance the other day to tell him all this but it puts life into perspective - it’s short, tell someone you love them today before they’re gone.

i found out about his death about 2 hours ago and made this on headphones in an airbnb.....not perfect but i'm sending it up to him..maybe he'll hear it up there.
