Callie's Lullaby

I am the husband of an incredible woman. I love black coffee, audiobooks, a great read sitting in a comfy chair, and music with great headphones. I played saxophone from middle school through college marching band. I have attempted to play piano ever since I first saw one at my grandmother’s house. I have always played passionately, but rarely have the abilities to play the compositions in my head. 

I began in college as a music major specializing in artist development, later shifting to songwriting. I have written songs my whole life (not great ones, but I’ve literally been writing music as long as I have been able to make noise). I eventually made the jump to business administration in college, graduating with a career in financial services. While music may not be my profession, it is my escape. Creative expression is one of the most beautiful gifts that God created, and one I am constantly grateful to partake in, and be the beneficiary of the incredible works done by artists.
