"Introducing" releasing May 13th 2016 on Bella Union(UK/EU) and Raven Marching Band Records(US) has elements of country and soul and features tunes written in the 70s - Tom T. Hall, Waylon Jennings, Don Gibson, Barry Gibb, Townes Van Zandt, Tom Rush are some of the songwriters covered.

Niemoc is an instrumental trio from Zielona Gora in South-West Poland; they label themselves as a "post-wave" band, and indeed one can find traces of all sorts of influences - from New Order's bass hooks and Durutti Column's shimmering guitars to analogue roughness of Chicago house. Ptaki's posthumous rework premiered here today is a sure-shot Summer night anthem, complete with ethereal vocal sample and epic breakdown. Suit of armour is a track that I wrote when love and fear collided, and left me feeling confused and avoidant. It's a song that observes the reservations I have, when there is something potentially beautiful in front of me, and I look for the cracks and flaws, as a protective method to avoid pain. It is melancholic that the beauty of love is shadowed by so much skepticism and mistrust, but there is an optimistic message too. I have the power to move through the weight of these experiences, remove the armour, and eventually be more open to connection, in time.
