2 years later,  Its still hard to believe that our friend Pumpkin is gone.  I had DJ'd a show with Nicholas in San Fransisco just 1 week before the accident and I'll never forget the morning I woke up to the news of his passing.  I instantly felt the hearts of so many being shattered including my own.  Since that time all I have felt is those shattered hearts come together and become stronger as Nicks legacy, music, and love lives on with us everyday.

Pumpkin will always be one of my favorite DJ's with his impeccable taste and the ability to touch the hearts of everyone on the dance floor thru music. This tribute mix was recorded following his Celebration of Life on Monday April 4th, 2016 and shared with some of Nicks closest friends at the Boogaloo Crew HQ in Los Angeles <3

Crazy times out there my friends. Most of us are experiencing one of these three situations. Your continuing on as usual in a word thats boiling over or eerily quiet, your spending more time alone with yourself than ever, or you are spending more time with those in your space than ever.

Whatever your situation is, its bound to be rocked in some way. Don't fall victim to negative shit. Take a seat back, relax, chill and look out for one another. When we overcome this hurdle we will be stronger and get the fuck down on those dance floors harder than ever.

Bella.V is the creative child of Caitlyn Bellavance. Caitlyn is a multi faceted artist residing in Fernie BC. With a background in Fine Arts and Fashion Design, she has merged her love of colour and creating into garment construction. When she is not creating clothing & art, she is repairing & altering garments as the other half of the Bella.V business. In 2020 she began DJing and quickly became a natural, with a musical background that runs deep.
