My debut Psytechno EP, released on @phantasmtechno (sub label of @phantasmrecords) the 21st April 2023!

There are 2 tracks on the EP, Chrysanthème, and Self Aware, that I consider my best work to date from my experiments at 125 bpm (I'm now working mostly on tracks in the 130 range as I have quite a lot already at 125). Deep distorted basslines, glitchy synths and vocal cuts, and funky hypnotic percussion, everything I love 😄

The EP has actually been quite a long time in the making, I took very careful consideration of which tracks I wanted to release, taking a lot of time to develop my sound till I was happy with the result, then even more time reworking the tracks and making the artwork, then getting the masters perfect, it's been a long journey haha.. but I'm super happy with the result!

Want to give a huge thanks to Chris Lawes and John Phantasm for their patience and appreciation of my music! And also to Darren Sangita who originally had the idea to put me in touch with Chris! Also to my dad Ajja Leu for his feedback and mastering, spot on like every time! ❤ And finally to Chris for all his advice and also some final touches on the artwork and lettering.

I prepared this set for the chillout at Wisdom Seekers 2022, amazing weekend in a forest of France, full of friends and fantastic music! The idea for the set was born from experimentation, I like mixing really melodic liquid dnb with darker, deeper sounds, and making a real journey through the set

It's the first time I played a drum and bass set, after many years of listening to it in England since I was small, such a pleasure, huge thanks to the Hikayam association and everyone who came to dance like crazy, we exploded the chill hahaha 😄

My set from Ethereal Dimensions 2023, played in Geneva, Switzerland, first time playing in the beautiful country where I was born, amazing party and energy from all the artists that played and people on the dancefloor. It was also the first time my dad got to see me play, so that was really cool!

My nighttime set from Interlude festival 2023 by Quiproquo Collectif, played in the Alternative stage at 12am - 2am, it was an amazing moment that I'll remember for a long time, thanks so much to everyone that came to dance and share their energy! And to Quiproquo for putting on such a truly awesome event, it was a blast :D

I had a great time playing Drum and Bass for the second time, for this set I explored lots of new techniques and experiments, fusions, while still staying true to my love of mixing really melodic and energetic drum and bass with deeper, distorted, hypnotic tracks. I tried out a passage changing genre to Dubstep also, it worked really nicely and compliments the rest of the set a lot I think! Can't wait for the next one :D

Cajun is a Swiss-English producer and DJ that is now based in France. Born into a family of musicians and artists, from a very young age he started experimenting with instruments and then electronic production, music quickly became the driving passion in his life. Over many years he explored the depths of melody, groove, and trance, crossing many styles and emotions, free from the restraints of genres and codes.

It was an entirely selfish endeavour, a primal need for creative expression through the medium of sound, almost exclusively for his ears alone. But in 2021, after more than 10 years of electronic music production he decided to focus his energy into creating a liveset to share with the dancefloor. This new branch of his music fell loosely into the Psytechno category, with a focus on intricate melodies, deep groovy basslines and hypnotic funky percussion and rhythms.
