Back in Business. After a very long break.

2 years of seeing my favoruite Jockeys shell dancefloors & countless hours upon hours of digging and collecting to hone in on the sound I enjoy blending. Dancefloor driven records that will just make you want to move those hips. The urge to share the sound is back.

This mix was a sneaky impromptu recording in my best mates studio. I was testing out some new finds and he clicked record when I started swaying left to right. Almost 2 hours of heat.

Plan this year is a mix a month.

CC Radio Episode 22 - Regan Funk

In the wake of his much anticipated Colour Codes solo debut last week, we’re excited to announce that crowd-favourite Regan Funk will be joining the team as an official CC Resident. Funk is not only a stand out selector behind the booth, but one of the most dedicated diggers we’ve come across, and one whose clear drive and passion for the scene speaks volumes. 

Despite having only met at the start of 2024, Funk has quickly become a key part of the Colour Codes family. Not only has he attended every party this year, but he constantly integrates himself with the crowd on the dance floor and is always happy to lend a hand behind the scenes. It’s safe to say that the commitment he’s shown to the label in such a short space of time has well and truly solidified him as part of the furniture. Anyone who attended our party at The Colour Factory last Saturday will know exactly why we’ve invited him to join the team.  

But the good news doesn’t stop there. Not only will Funk become a CC Resident, but as of today he also joins the ‘cc:artists’ roster, and will be exclusively represented by DJOM & Colour Codes moving forward, sitting alongside Oli Leal on our ever growing portfolio of artists. We already have multiple bookings lined up for the remainder of 2024 and couldn’t be more excited to get going, with him by our side. 

To celebrate this, and to cement his place on the roster, we invited Funk down to record a podcast for us which is now available to stream on our Soundcloud page. Head over there now for a taste of what’s to come.

Sorry for the delayed upload, was in the process of moving house and having a studio built! So I've had 8 months with no equipment, Studio is almost completed so I'm now back on track with regular uploads of the mix series aswell as my own production so keep your eyes peeled!

2021! New year, new artwork & most importantly new mixes. This one was a joy to record, full of vinyl/digital flava to make you smile & bop during these tough times. My plan this year is to release around 6 mixes, I've really come a long way in producing as well but there's still a lot more learning & creating to do. Thanks for the support of 2020, means the world.
