This set was recorded live at Boulder Ecstatic Dance, a community and container that has been a huge part of my own healing through movement. These dances have helped me reconnect with my body, my spirit, and my truth in ways that words can’t fully capture.

Playing in these spaces has become a beautiful bridge between my work with Remix Your World and my path as a DJ. It’s where sound becomes ritual, and the dancefloor becomes a place of transformation.

This mix flows through a wide spectrum—ambient, world, organic house, drum and bass, and more. You’ll hear medicine sounds and shamanic textures woven throughout—designed to hold space for release, remembrance, and reconnection.

Ecstatic dance isn’t about performance—it’s about presence. It’s about letting the body speak, letting the heart lead, and moving in a way that feels true.

If you’ve never been to an ecstatic dance, I wholeheartedly encourage you to find one near you. Every community is unique, but the invitation is always the same: come as you are, and let the music move you.

Here are the core principles that most ecstatic dance spaces honor:

No phones- Be in the moment.

No talking on the dancefloor – This keeps the energy focused and inward.


No shoes – To help you ground and connect more deeply to your movement.


No substances – The dance itself is the medicine.


No judgment – Move however you feel called. All movement is welcome.


Respect each other’s space – Consent and awareness are key.
