DUSK

From wondering why I'm even up at 5am putting a tailgate set together to take 50 of this mix, it took a lot in me to not give up and just put this aside. I didn't think I'd be able to even put two songs together but here I am making half hour mixes. Been having a tough couple of days (more like weeks) and I always turn to music to keep me sane. The process of making this mix drove me crazy but also kept me together. It makes me so happy to hear some of my favorite songs in my own little thing and I'm s glad to have a decent enough result to share with you guys, haha. This is me testing my versatility and the flaws are clearly there but hey I made it through 30mins without having a breakdown! I've been awfully moody lately and I wanted this mix to reflect that. I started a mix series called Gems 5 years ago and I'm back to finish it with the second to last mix for it! Here is Amethyst, a nu disco/funk/house/whateva mix. These are songs I dance to in my room and kitchen and songs I've been playing at parties and gigs lately. This is probably my favorite out of all the ones I've made.
