Mercury Retrograde is once again upon us. I made this series to get us all through this time. The entire mix has been tuned to 432hz to bring the music into a natural vibration and assist in easing any frustrations you may currently be having. I have locked myself in the studio the past few weeks and having gone through so much new music - my inspiration has galvanized. So many tracks I wanted to include that the mix ended up being over 3 hours. Unfortunately I was not able to showcase any of my new stuff in this one. Partly because they aren't finalized and partly because I want to surprise everyone. This mix in particular is one of my personal favorites that I have made.

Everything in the universe has a frequency. Maybe these frequencies will resonate with you.

'The saying goes ‘Better Late Than Never’. Modd's Christmas mix has become a key end-of-year tradition for the When We Dip family in recent years. Unfortunately, due to traveling on tour in India and spending time in the mountains without internet access, the much-anticipated delivery didn't make it in time for the holiday season. Nonetheless, it’s now a signature moment in the calendar for us to mark the end of one year and the beginning of another with a wonderful mix from Modd, so here it is a little bit behind schedule. Although 2021 was a year to forget for most of the electronic music scene, we're happy to say that Nōpi has come through the tumultuous times stronger than ever. He’s graced the likes of All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, and Do Not Sit on the Furniture, establishing himself at the core of the deep and melodic community. We're putting money on Nōpi's hot streak continuing long into the future, and we hear there is a BIG project coming on XYZ in the foreseeable future - stay tuned! Until then, enjoy his return to the Selectors decks with a heady mix of melodic-tinged cuts.

The Brighton-based phenom Bklava is having a moment, and her mix for episode 104 of On The Record is as sweet as the mouth-watering Middle Eastern confectionery treat from whence her moniker was born.

This is an "Observation Inmersión Profunda" by SavaBorsa, a formation by Gabor Deutsch (Anorganik) and Ferenc Szalay (DJ La Fuente), who had been on different paths for two decades despite their regular meetings at Budapest’s iconic Underground Records store around 1998-1999, but whose paths crossed again, finally filled with consciousness and attraction towards spirituality on both sides. Nurturing and watering that carefully planted seed resulted in a new formation called “SavaBorsa" in the fall of 2019. Now they're diving deep into the jungle night with slow beats, melting melodies, fiery flutes and spacey vocals. The first half of the mix was recorded by Gabor on a rainy night in Ubud, Bali, while the second part was recorded by Feri in icy Budapest. They selected tracks from their favourite artists and finest labels in these genres, with deep gratitude for all of them for creating such beautiful vibes.
