Some of my more current personal concerns, my worries for myself, for the world, the kids, my peers, the genre I love. Me knowing I can’t control any of those things. But knowing that I’ve gotta work them out, I’ve gotta work in some way to bring these things to a close. Maybe talking it out will help. Maybe just bringing these things up will do something. And of course I was trine rap pretty well too haha, I had to gas on the beat just a bit. But really I was focused on saying something on this track. I wanted to make my freestyle mean something…. Beyond just a booming welcome back track.
