the infamous kusoge Ancient Roman: Power Of Dark Side has some interesting music, to say the least. like most ps1 games, the music is sequenced inside the game rather than playing mp3s. however, something went *terribly* wrong with Ancient Roman, and almost every single song featured in this game plays incorrectly, with the instrument tracks mangled, crackling/popping, and playing in different keys from one another. weirdly though, there's one song that (I believe) was written to be discordant, that ends up being more harmonious after this mangling process. an official soundtrack of this game was released alongside the game, and you can hear the songs as they were intended to be heard. the OST version is first, in-game version second.
