Soul is one of the most definitively ambiguous, yet highly pertinent, genres in music. But soul still permeates the music that we come across everyday–often disguised by samples, distant influences, and additional production. One artist who upholds the original principles of soul is Too Much. While many may describe his music as electronic with R&B and hip hop influences, the core of all his creations come from his passion for classic soul.

He's back with "Amethyst", an haunting album in collaboration with five amazing singers. Though heavy with electronic production, this masterpiece showcases Too Much true love for soul. We were thrown into a kaleidoscopic vocal telling.
