ABRACADABRA stablemate Malóne teams up with Calussa with a powerful, attention-grabbing Afro house groover, ‘Besame’, in perfect time for the summer.  

The three Cuban artists based in Miami collaborate once again, following up from their 2021 single ‘More Life’, released on the Hurry Up Slowly label. ‘Besame’ bears all the hallmarks of a sunshine soaked anthem, as the team drop an inspirative vocal over breezy and organic percussive beats and an infectious lead melody.

Malóne and Calussa are leading the pack with the Afro house style in Miami and beyond, and this single show why that are at the top of their game.

"Panamera" is a track that was born from the experience of two massive producers, The Veteran DJ Chus with his unmistakable Iberican Sound and the groundbreaking sound of New Yorker Dean Mickoski. Together they have come up with an Afro Tribal monster of a track with evocative vocals which transport you the listener to Mother Africa.

The Idea of these two geniuses is to bring their characteristic sound to the dance floor. evolving the afro house towards a more dance floor-oriented version.

German house masters Tube & Berger and Juliet Sikora have announced that they will be releasing the third volume in the 'It Began In Africa' compilation series on Kittball Records. For this, the label have teamed up with "The African Children's Choir", licensed their music and organised a selection of producers to remix them whilst contributing their royalties to the choir. The money will provide shelter, education and a new home for African children in need.

The first two compilations generated over 15,000 Euros which were used to support the choir and its social projects. The funds enabled the building of nurseries and schools to help children get away from life in the streets and this new edition includes tracks from Dario D'Attis, Flashmob, Josh Butler, Mat.Joe, Magdalena, Riva Starr, Walker & Royce and many more.

This is a deep and afro-tinged selection of house tracks that take us back to the roots of rhythm, embalming the earthy grooves with all manner of melodies, tribal percussive patterns, cosmic signifiers and more in between.

Calussa, composed of Miami natives Andrew and Gino Gomez, is an electronic music duo known for their talent and distinctive Afro Tech sound, which has led to consistent global chart success. Calussa has showcased their music on prestigious labels such as the legendary Defected Records, Diplo’s Higher Ground, Saved Records, Get Physical, their own imprint, Hurry up Slowly, among many more.

Calussa's talent, passion, and dedication to their craft have earned them support from acclaimed artists such as Black Coffee, Carl Cox, Nic Fanciulli, Vintage Culture, Diplo, Dennis Cruz, John Summit, Pete Tong, Blondish, Gorgon City, and many more, further solidifying their status as rising stars.
