Fun little tune I’ve been working on. Hoping to one day stick into a music studio software of some kind and dress it all up. That probably won’t happen for awhile though. The title is named thus because this song’s melody reminds me of the feeling you get when looking through old photos of happy times, or reliving other forms of happy nostalgia. I hope you enjoy it!

Reminisce (Demo v1.1)

This is an Armored Core VI (6) track that plays during the boss fight with Balteus at the end of Chapter 1. The track name itself is actually more of reference to Ayre, a Rubiconian who makes Contact with the player shortly before the fight begins and maintains Contact to support them through the fight.

Contact With You (Balteus Theme) – Armored Core VI OST

The instrumental version of the SF6 main theme “Not on the Sidelines.” This version of the song plays in the Fighting Ground game mode once the player has achieved at least a 5 match win streak.

This track plays Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 during the boss fight with Renoir outside the manor in Old Lumière and is essentially an instrumental variation of part of Une vie à t'aimer. 

This audio was obtained from “Vincent” on YouTube and edited to loop and end at natural points as well as remove artifacts in gameplay that raise and lower the volume of music dynamically (i.e. counterattacking after successful parries).

You should buy and play the game, it is very fun.

Old Lumière - Renoir (Une vie à t'aimer Instrumental Variation | Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 OST)

This song’s has no official name, and also goes by “Diamond Exchange” and another name that would spoil the end of the series if I were to say it here. This song appears throughout the White Collar TV series, but most notably at the season 5 finale and season 6 premier and finale. According to my research, this song is adapted from another song called “Stay Awake” by Lufthansa. The score writers took the original song by Lufthansa and added a couple layers of instruments to the song, giving it a more “White Collar” feel. The result is a stoic yet emotional song, perfect for the many conundrums the protagonists of the series find themself in time and time again.

White Collar OST | Borrowed Time — Jon Ehrlich and Wayne Jones

This track is based off of the default intermission track in Fancy Pants Adventure 2. By adding a simple two note chord throughout, the song alters from its normal lighthearted happy feel, to a sadder or more sinister one. I thought it sounded kinda neat, and thought you might too.

Just a guy that likes music. I’ll hopefully post some more of my own stuff eventually, but until then I just post the occasional song from some obscure soundtrack somewhere (assuming it isn’t copyrighted) and some of my own original crudely edited piano chopsticks, straight from the remixed tunes in my head. I’ve never learned to play piano, but every so often, I can plunk out a tune or match a chord in my head, given enough persistence, and trial and error. I record my own stuff using a real, live piano and my phone’s recording app, so until I get an actual music software or a decent microphone setup, I apologize for the cringy sound quality. 😅 If you for some reason want to use any of my original music as background music for a video or something, shoot me a DM (not that any of my music is good enough for that right now anyway 😅).
