My most recent creative music project was about 3 or 4 years ago now (oh how time flies!) with a talented vocalist and producer, and a close friend and former roommate... "issa e"... check him out at www.issae.com - you won't be disappointed - especially with his older stuff.... silky smooth, very "weeknd-esqe"  :)  

I have retired from DJ'ing for the most part but still have been working in the studio constantly for over a decade, but I really have a difficult time getting many of my best ideas and creations released... I think the thrill for me has always been in the initial few days/weeks/even months on a groove, building a chunky funky groove into a living, breathing track... but my heart and my ear have always pushed me toward more of a Saint Germaine type vibe, where my ideal tracks would be long, drawn out, 9-15+ minute journey's that twist and turn and come and go, ... but that type of jam band / freestyle type of format does not work well with music built and constructed to be mixed by dj's... or played on most radio stations... but I am going try to post more tracks, even just ideas, and who knows, maybe I'll even get out all my old live show hip hop accapella loops and samples and bring out the maschine and sample the shit out of all the insane hip hop and spoken word, movie, vocals, historical speeches.. my background in electroacoustics and experimental audio will show through soon, I promise! :)
