Phyr Records is the new label from Italy's Pyramidal Decode that has featured top artists like Takaaki Itoh, Dimi Angélis, PWCCA, and Oliver Rosemann, since launching in 2024. Now presenting a joint LP release with Oscar Mulero titled 'Il Poema,' this follows four albums already in just three years.

Oscar Mulero is known for his standout cyclical sound and running the PoleGroup and Warm Up imprints as well as contributing to influential labels like Kr!z’s Token and P.E.A.R.L.’s Falling Ethics.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Caronte" that's heady and twisted modular session. Bursts of frantic percussion combines with a clashing, bleeping symphony of analogue signals and sirens for an intense session with raw tool-like sound.

Recording of the set I did last weekend at the legendary Tresor in Berlin. Had a great time hanging out with the BCR and Tresor crew, all the friends that came over, a lot of them from Rotterdam and of course the amazing crowd. Other artists that were playing on the same night were Joseph McGeechan, Monya, Ad.Lib and Chris Page. Great sets all night long! Thanks everybody for a night to remember! 2020 is set to be another great year for James Ruskin as he opens Blueprint’s release schedule with a stunning new EP.

Looking back over 2019, the year saw Ruskin release ‘Reality Broadcast Off’ - his first new solo EP in 5 years which gained Resident Advisor “Recommends” and one of Groove’s “Records of The Week”, among other media accolades that summer. It was followed by the re-mastered reissue of his seminal ‘Point 2’ album on Tresor as well as a new release for them entitled ‘Siklikal EP’ in November, while his tight DJing skills continued to take him around the globe reaching most of Europe as well as further afield to the likes of Colombia and Japan.

His ‘Consumer Patterns EP’ due for release at the end of January once again shows James Ruskin deliver true diligence with three cuts of inspiring techno, from the title track which offers a duality of stormy techno meets experimental sound design, via the more linear groove of ‘Social Acceptance’ to the tranquillity of ‘Weakness of the System’.

Revelation of Sound is pleased to present Gotshell. A mysterious and dark sound producer coming from Pereira region in Colombia, Gotshell aka Alessan Main is one of the ambassadors of the scene in his country. Unpredictable rhythms, chaotic and psychedelic soundscapes describe his live sets, which are composed by sounds produced mainly by his own mouth live in front of the crowd. All this set of skills have brought him to most parts of the world, and to release on labels such as Mord and Blueprint.
