Multiple GRAMMY award-winning writer, composer, producer, and performer William Orbit is considered a pioneer of electronic music and one of contemporary pop’s most innovative artists. He now debuts on Above & Beyond's record label Anjunabeats to remix one of their most beloved compositions, 'Sun In Your Eyes'.

In a career spanning 40 years, William Orbit's influence is insurmountable. Producing some of pop music’s most seminal records - Madonna’s ‘Ray Of Light’ and ‘MDNA’, Blur’s ‘13’, Robbie Williams’ ‘Rudebox’, Finley Quaye’s ‘Dice’, Pink’s ‘Feel Good Time’ and All Saints’ ‘Testament’ to name a few - he has won three GRAMMY Awards and been nominated a further five times, with work on albums by U2, Britney Spears, Beth Orton, Queen and Michael Jackson.

William has crossed paths with Above & Beyond and the Anjunafamily before. Above & Beyond's Tony McGuinness, as a marketing director for Warner Music, worked with William on his hugely successful 1996 studio album 'Pieces in a Modern Style' – the lead single, an adaptation of Samuel Barber's 'Adagio For Strings', cemented its place in dance history via remixes from Ferry Corsten and Tiestö. In December 2021, William returned with his first solo release in seven years, the four-track ‘Starbeam EP’ released on Anjunadeep. This marked his Anjuna label family debut. Recently, he's released his twelth studio album 'The Painter', and joined Above & Beyond and the Anjunafamily at Group Therapy Weekender London.

In 2021, GRAMMY-nominated dance trio Above & Beyond kicked off the 10th-anniversary celebrations of their critically-acclaimed second studio album, ‘Group Therapy.’ To mark the occasion, an eclectic selection of acts took on the challenge of remixing ten iconic tracks from the 2011 album. The first part of this cross-genre remix compilation included an energetic trance rework from ilan Bluestone, a breakbeat remix from Anjunadeep favorite CRi, and stunning house and techno reworks from Anjunafamily newcomers Kasablanca and Manila Killa. Also included on the compilation were two fan-favourite remixes released in 2021 from Oliver Heldens and Spencer Brown, as well as melodic house selections from the likes of Braxton, Shai T, Khen, and Newman (I Love), all lifted from the Beatport #1 compilation, '20 Years of Anjunabeats: The Deep Mixes’.

On October 13, Above & Beyond are set to release part two of the '10 Years of Group Therapy' album, with an exciting tracklist of remixers to be announced soon.

Alongside these digital remix albums, Anjunabeats is releasing a limited-edition ’10 Years of Group Therapy: The Singles Collection’ vinyl box set, which sees six iconic singles from the album released on vinyl for the first time: ‘Sun & Moon’ feat. Richard Bedford, ’Thing Called Love’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Love Is Not Enough’ feat. Zoë Johnston, ‘On My Way To Heaven’ feat. Richard Bedford, ‘Sun In Your Eyes,’ and ‘Prelude’ are included in the box, alongside B-side remixes from ilan Bluestone, Oliver Heldens, Hybrid Minds, Seven Lions, and William Orbit. The vinyl box set also includes a special ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ slipmat as well as 12”x12” matte-finish prints of each single artwork. This box set is a limited, hand-numbered edition and is expected to ship in autumn of 2022. Pre-orders are available now at the Anjuna Music Store. Every box set comes with a digital download of the original album and all remixes on the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ digital compilation.

Canadian DJ and producer Simon Doty shares his highly anticipated debut album ‘Universal Language’, out now on Anjunadeep.

The album release follows singles ‘Follow Me’, ‘Have You Ever?’ and ‘Soulflow’, which have collectively gained radio support from BBC Radio 1 presenters Pete Tong and Danny Howard, SiriusXM and KCRW as well as a host of tastemaking DJs including Gorgon City, Diplo, Nora En Pure and more.

Crafted for the dancefloor, Simon’s debut album ‘Universal Language’ gives the audience a taste of the range of musical styles that they can expect to hear Simon play during one of his DJ sets.
