Following up from his recent EP on Livity Sound, Jurango brings a heavyweight cut to the Pressure Dome imprint with a contribution to their third compilation. 

Released on the 26th March, Pressure Dome will be donating all profits from the release to Community Care Package, a free food delivery service for anyone who can’t get out or afford fresh fruit and veg during the pandemic. Thereafter, profits will go to Caring in Bristol, a homeless charity providing services and shelter for those in most need. The compilation also tracks from Pluralist, Suze, Roy Mills, MISH & McGregor, Human Resources, Mistareez, Outsider, and Ido Plumes.

Opposites coexist in an eternal loom that intertwines it all.
There is a magnetic energy, a sort of attraction between them that allows balance to exist.

We usually tend to see Nature and Machinery as opposites. But are they really?
There's undoubtedly a strong correlation between the evolution of one and the other and we can usually see machines & technology as another layer in Nature's realms.

Art & creations made through machines usually allow us to innerly explore diverse aspects of nature and understand them from another perspective. Many times music created using machines takes us to natural landscapes and helps us find inner connection with nature itself.
Wether they are opposites or not, we are strong believers that there is a potential balance within the coexistance of Nature and Machinery.

This dual compilation is intended to prove it.

Our first release comes from project founder Ariet (real name Michał Gutkowski). The idea behind it was to create a soundtrack to a psychedelic trip in the context of underground club music.

The last track comes from an artist on the rise in the global hypnotic techno scene Polygonia. Here in the Shaman’s Heart remix, we can hear her softer side turning the original composition into an Integration song, another vital element of all psychedelic processes. Her remix sounds like a perfect ending track for an outdoor festival evoking a feeling of oneness, love, and compassion towards all beings.

The release will be sold on a donation base model. All the profit will support party-working initiatives that aim to educate about consciousness-altering substances as well as reduce damages caused by abusing them.

« Founded almost four years ago, Le Motel’s Maloca Records has excelled in world-building as it tirelessly brings together some of the best and most innovative artists from different pockets of the club community around the world. The artwork is by Brussels-based painter Anastasia Bay who’s work presents a renewed vision of the human figure. Oscillating between abstraction and figuration, Anastasia Bay’s work is all about contrast and balance. The choice of a precise fragment of reality in her works dissolves any narration. »

The third release of Behua Icára is an EP - VA of reworks from the album “Non Axebo” by Withner FaGo, an activist and rapper from the Shipibo Konibo Xetebo community. Singing in his native language, FaGo narrates myths and legends, as well as stories of cultural and environmental resistance from his community in the central Peruvian Amazon.

Some of these stories emerge from the collective’s imagination and worldview of his community, such as “Chaikonibo,” which refers to enchanted men who protect the jungle; “Non Nete” - Our World - which describes the four indigenous worldviews of the community: Jakon Nete (The Upper World), Non Nete (The Earthly World), Pashin Nete (The Underworld), and Jene Nete (The Water World); and “Mai Yoshin” - Land of Demons - a generational tale from Pucallpa.

“Non Mai” - Our Land - a protest song against oil companies and deforestation, has been reinterpreted by Eomac, with a harsh and frantic percussive syntax, making it the perfect soundtrack for frontline defense.

Camera Magmatica is a new imprint started by r²π aka Retina.it, Ruhig and Prg/m. The name has been chosen because their studio is settled under the Vesuvius that, like other many volcanoes, is situated over a magma chamber: Camera Magmatica.

The magma in it is under great pressure, and, given enough time, that pressure can gradually fracture the rock around it creating a way for the magma to move upward. If it finds its way to the surface, then the result will be an eruption.
