“Killa Man Jaro” is a sultry, dark number, taking the listener to the depths of the dancefloor and beyond. Navigator’s distinct voice delivers a warmth and groove to the classic sounds of Killer Hertz, while Harry Shotta’s verses inject an inimitable energy and hype to the track; not to mention the iconic sounds of the legendary Tonn Piper in the mix as well. “Cameron Matthew” also known as “Cam Matthew Music & Art” or “Denim” (solo artist names) of Denim Entertainment based out of Kitchener, Ontario. 

I am a DJ, promoter, producer and entrepreneur that has the experience and sound selection to cover it all from ranges of tech house to drum n’ bass. Who to date has created from what I know of being the first and Only DJ Producer that I know of in the WORLD who coordinates and directs a live theatrical perfromance while holding my set play out consistnt for the whole live performance and pre party hype build up leading up to!

I fell in love with the rave scene in Montréal and Laval, Quebec and after attending after hours nightclubs at the tender age of 19. I’ve always had some very strong house music roots. But in 2016 I was bit by the jungle Drum n’ Bass bug as hard as anyone could have been! 

I started my journey way back in 2009 with a burning passion of wanting to DJ. 
I was able to save up in my younger years and bought my first pair of Technics 1200’s. 
I learnt how to play turntables on my laptop with Serato time-code records on Scratch Live 2.0

From a passionate self taught start up DJ I quickly booked my first live gigs. In June of 2011 I officially founded Denim Entertainment, a registered small business of Ontario. (DJ and Event Planning services) 
I quickly feel IN LOVE with what I was doing with my life. ❤️

In 2012, the artist “Denim” started his first residency with Conestoga College in Kitchener performing regularly for special events on campus to the monthly College Pub Night. This continued through to until 2017, 3 years after becoming Alumni .  

In 2013, Denim Radio took air on Radio Waterloo FM that January and aired on the local FM until summer of 2021. This period of artist development really honed an all natural ‘radio MC’ personality, which to date I feel has blended nicely into my overall art form and style. 

Re-emerging in 2022, I was hungrier than ever to once again unleash the passion of performing live from within!

Denim Entertainment then presented its’ first ever official tour, “The Baby Fight Club 2022 Tour”. 
Featuring other Canadian talent, DJ sets and dramatic arts combining in a live performance in the most radical ways!! The tour seemed to really grab some attention quite rapidly! It’s hard to explain really. If you’ve seen “Baby Fight Club” you know what’s up. If you haven’t yet, I hope to someday showcase you this new dimension of Denim Entertainment. 

Post-covid lock downs, Denim Entertainment has returned to private bookings, hosting public ticketed events and promoting other musicians and DJs and has started a new residency co-hosting with Under the Bridge Dance, as well as being the DJ and lead Director of the new ‘group artist’, Baby Fight Club (BFC) directing the BFC to their 1st Regional Burning Man performances at Ontario’s Regional, Sideburn (2023 and 2024) and Michigan’s Lakes of Fire! (2023 and 2024) 
From performing from our group's home towns in Ontario all the way to the big Burn itself in Nevada, U.S.A (2022). 

To date in 2024-25’ Denim Entertainment and Cam Matthew / “Denim have begun a new club residency in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada at Midnight Run while honing in to perfect our 3 main annual events in K-W! 
St. Patrick’s Day, Denim Oktoberfest and Halloween Hangover that all incorporate unique stage art designs, top notch sound, while scouting, recruiting and promoting other amazing featured talent and DJs along our way.
