Born in Silver City, New Mexico and raised in Texas,  CAMNIK gained attention and started his music career from humble beginnings. The youngest of five with an upbringing primarily focused around football and singing in the church choir, CAMNIK thought his path reached its point when he pursued and earned a full scholarship for football while studying exercise science. Suddenly while in school, a conscious thought shifted his decision for something more. “I honestly felt lost not knowing my place in the world.” A need he couldn’t break, CAMNIK then decided to pursue music again.
