After years in the making, we are proud to finally present Cosmovision Sessions Remixed, featuring a beautiful lineup of remixers from around the world.
Born in 2022 in Montreal, this initiative brought together an eclectic mix of local musicians and composers. Across seven studio nights of spontaneous, collaborative creativity, they crafted a 7-track album full of emotion and experimentation.

We then had the pleasure of inviting remixers to expand this unique project into new spheres and dimensions ranging from Downtempo and Folktronica to Indie Dance, Chillrave and even Amapiano.
The EP showcases a stellar remix cast, featuring fresh takes from Dan Bay, Air Horse One, Badwolf, Dad of the Year, Soble, Hajna, Nada, and Takue SBT.
At its heart, Cosmovision is a celebration of human connection uniting artists under one vision.

When a track doesn’t work at first, it still holds endless possibilities. That’s exactly what happened with “So What”. Born as a remix idea, reshaped from scratch, and passed back and forth like a ping-pong ball crossing the web between Italy and France, this track kept evolving until it found its final form. The result is a true fusion of Mula and Ka:lu styles, where spaghetti meets baguette and diversity collide. The journey didn’t stop there: the collaboration expanded with two remixes, including one by the renowned Italo-French producer Stabfinger, and another by the talented italian Balarama. This is what happens when music is allowed to travel. 🌍🎶

Visionary producer Ilija Rudman confidently lands into the Black Jukebox catalogue with a truly mesmeric 2-tracker.
Based in Zagreb, Ilija has carved a legacy over more than two decades in the game throughout which he's released over 100 vinyl EPs and 8 studio albums, collaborating with the likes of Robert Owens, Greg Wilson, Faze Action and Ron Trent.
'Euphonia' opens up with a suave slice that melds deep Detroit shades with the flexible Electro funk of Morgan Geist and Clatterbox. A sawtooth bass climbs steps in the low end while gorgeous synths bend and glide at the groove's core. Crisp, delicate drums kick, snap and shuffle as they guide a low-slung, retro-futuristic trip to the moon.
'Late Checkout' draws for a similar sound palette as rich analogue pads form a magic carpet for Prelude-era synth phrases and another sneaking bass line. The tone is elegant and nothing feels forced as Ilija Rudman traverses the vast sonic territory between Salsoul-era Disco and modern Electro-funk in the most fluent and stylish manner.

I keep feeling that what we really need is a new language — a language of the heart. A language like the ones that existed in the Polish forests, where language itself wasn’t necessary. A way of communicating between people that feels like a new kind of poetry — the poetry of the dancing bee, telling us where the honey is.

Katschinka is a DJ known for deeply atmospheric, emotional, and carefully curated sets. Her sound moves between dark, soulful, and introspective territories, creating slow-building journeys that invite listeners to fully immerse themselves. One of her early sets, “You Want It Darker,” already captured her signature approach: subtle intensity, depth, and a strong sense of storytelling through music.
She shares her musical explorations with a growing audience, focusing on intimate vibes, thoughtful selections, and a strong connection between place, moment, and sound.

This new podcast for Baikal Nomads captures a very special moment: a set played at a small, private festival called „Nebelmond“ with around 60 people, held on a mountain in the Swiss Jura. Surrounded by untouched nature, with a breathtaking view of the Alps, perfect weather, and an incredibly warm and open-minded crowd, the setting shaped the entire experience. It was an intimate gathering of beautiful people, great energy, and carefully selected music — a moment where everything aligned.

This set is not about peak-time energy, but about connection, storytelling, and presence. A musical journey shaped by the landscape, the people, and the feeling of being exactly where you are supposed to be.
