Returning for its third installment since 2013, Desert Dwellers’ ‘Night Visions 3‘ delves into Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe’s ever-changing interpretation of global music through eight re-imaginings from the electronic underworld. Featuring remixes of original compositions by Hibernation, Poranguí, Uone & Western, Bluetech, Perfect Stranger, Gaudi, and Banco de Gaia, the collection combines the essence of tribal tech, deep bass, progressive techno, and psychedelic dub into a quintessential journey in Desert Dwellers’ iconic style. With the included tracks equally fit for the energy of a desert dance floor as for calming space of a chill-out stage, ‘Night Visions 3‘ draws upon the duo’s long history of production and performance and offers listeners a doorway to a realm where the boundaries between genres disappear.

"Nebular Drift" by Schallfeld takes listeners on a mesmerizing journey through celestial landscapes and introspective realms. The title track, "Nebular Drift," opens with serene organic percussion and ethereal synth pads, evoking a cosmic atmosphere where pulsating basslines ebb and flow like cosmic currents. Melodic motifs gracefully intertwine with rhythmic variations, inviting listeners on a hypnotic voyage through distant galaxies. In contrast, "Whispering Echoes" delves deeper into introspection with intricate bass and warm melodies that evoke a sense of weightless tranquility. Thank you Astronox Festival, for an incredible weekend! The Liquid Bloom set was such a special experience, surrounded by the beautiful energy of the Austin family and the Full Moon. for the past ten years now, mira celebrated her birthday by inviting all of her favourite cats. for the first time since it started, and for obvious reasons, 43 Katzen tanzen auf’m Tisch won’t be happening, on what would have been the tenth anniversary of the series.

Please take this compilation as a perfect souvenir of all the nights we’ve had so far and an idea of what to look forward to in all the nights to come at Kater Blau somewhere in the future.
