We're happy to show you the latest on French underground electronic music label Canal Auditif who have brought us joy before, releasing music by artists such as BOg, THe WHite Shadow and Chris Ojeda to name a few.

This time they welcome Nex Tone on board, with not one, not two, but three brand new tracks! The upcoming Ibiza based producer with English roots has raised some positive awareness lately with his releases on labels such as Nightcolours, New Violence, Under No Illusion and Proof Recordings to name a few. He shows his versatility here, exploring various angles of melodic electronic techno music. Wether it's the piano driven title track, the arpeggiator fueled 'Thea', or the more intense and straight forward 'Burbujas', Nex Tone manages to captivate the crowd with his stand out productions.

First up on remix duties it's time for Factor City and Beachcoma resident artist Undo who turns 'Thea' into a deep and delicate mind trip. An absolutely stunning piece of work! 

Then it's time for Timid Boy who remixes 'Song For Matthew'. The infamous French artist adds a healthy portion of groove, delivering a deep and stripped down groove workout. 

We end the release with Jacme who also remixes the title track. The mysterious newcomer goes for a more melodic and emo approach and the end result is very pretty indeed!

Since 2010, Canal Auditif succeeded in offering a quality alternative within the sphere of electronic musics in France, knocking down musical taxonomies by constantly putting forward new trends. Canal Auditif has now become a true episodic current - each of their events gathering more and more exacting amateurs – as well as a platform for audacity where neatly elaborate and atypical live DJ-sets and original productions can emerge, becoming sensory explorations of sound. In 2014, the label seeks to develop in this spirit, by proposing several collaborations between well-known international djs and local South-French producers from our team, spreading them on vinyl and digital releases in a bunch of new original productions.
