Karma Kid - Lust, Love

This is my 4th submission for Disclosure's Be Howard Competition. I remember on the last stream, Guy said that he thought of Michael Jackson's Human Nature when Howard was working on vocals for Border Line. So that's why I tried to make this Motown-style arrangement. In this remix, I use samples from the song Nightlife (Blair). I also recorded Rhodes, Synth Bass, Electric Bass, and made beats.

We really went for the whole Be Guy/ Be Howard workflow for this one and it worked out splendidly (I think Disclosure are really on to something here). After being told our tracks lacked impact last week, we really focused on making this one SLAP, so we did our research and took inspiration from where it all began: 90's house music. Enjoy!
