This is a recording of a Cat Stevens cover, "Hard Headed Woman" I never released. I love this song. Glad to pull it out, dust it off, and let it be heard.

Hard Headed Woman

A lo-fi upright piano confessional, captured like a single late-night pass. Close-mic’d female alto-chest -warm with a hint of grain- sits just behind the beat, leaning on long vowels, gentle scoops, and a narrow vibrato that blooms late. Felt-pedal upright, bench creaks, and room air are part of the texture. One modest swell mid-song, then a return to hush. No drums, no bass, no synths-just voice and keys, unpolished and human, fading into quiet.
