"Focu d’Amore": the remix made by Insintesi for Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino, will be available in Free Download as from Tuesday, 25th of November.

The remix is a collaboration between the electronic duo Insintesi (Francesco Andriani de Vito -DJ and producer- and Alessandro Lorusso -guitarist and producer), and the most important Italian World Music band, recently become internationally known after have performed in Canada, US, Europe and the Middle East.
While the folk music collective is working hard on the release of the new album, Insintesi have remixed this ‘pizzica’ track originally written by the leader Mauro Durante and included in the record "Pizzica Indiavolata" (2012).
The remix of Insintesi, not new to this kind of experimentation, having already released two albums where they mix dub and folk influences, is a blend of bass music and dub and combine an ethnic vision, with the Salento and the Mediterranean roots.
The song can be considered the first dance electronic experiment from the ‘Canzoniere’.

As you may know, I always recommend you listening for improving your English. There are many studies, which suggest that there is a correlation between our level of the language and the hours we have been listening. In other words, the more you listen, the better. The more hours you spend listening, the more quickly you improve.

Here’s an interesting question you might ask: “How many times do I have to listen to every piece of content?” Do I have to listen just one time? Or more than one time?

What most students do is listen to certain content once or twice and then change to another content. The typical student thinks that the more variety, the better.

Well, variety is good, but what you want is to consolidate what you listen, and the most effective way to achieve it, is through repetition.
