'Candy Apple Sun’ - an alternative rock band from the UK, with an interest in guitars, bad/good movies and pets...  
A long time ago, in a Suffolk town far, far away… Two different duos stepped into a magic wardrobe, and on the other side - ‘Candy Apple Sun’ were born! Well, that’s our story and we’re sticking to it… We are ‘Candy Apple Sun’, a three-piece alternative rock band that’s crunchy on the outside and sunny on the inside. Comprising three good friends originating from London, Suffolk and Manchester, it’s our fidgety relentlessness to not stay still that has also led to being involved in rather super projects with such acts as Electric Six and Eagles of Death Metal.

Our debut single, “Tectonic Lights”, was recorded just before the first Coronavirus lockdown in the UK in 2020 and was released in May of that year. Since that time, having spent some time performing locally (including performances at The Suffolk Show and making an in store appearance at HMV Ipswich) and releasing new musical sketches via our social media platforms, the band has been gearing up towards their next release: a 4-track E.P. The title of which being “Living in Beige,” named after the title track of the same name. With Will singing the lead vocal, it’s a song about those that prefer to live through the lives of others, as opposed to their own. It refers to people who refuse to make the most of their lives, preferring to play it safe as the lyrics state: “life is through the window, but it’s safer in the shade.” 
Released in July 2022, the E.P. is available on all digital download/streaming platforms such as Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, and Bandcamp, and features these tracks:
