Sillage - The Ruhe Sessions

First recording using the Peavey 6505 MH. Looked to really focus on the guitar tone and the overall mix.

Few things with this track:
- Recording bass and split into two tracks, dirty and clean. Hi Pass on dirty tone and low pass on clean tone.  Don't mind the result.
- Guitars have three tracks recording individually (not duplicated). Left, right and middle. Don't mind the outcome with the three tracks combined. Need a little more gain, roll off the mids a little more next time.
- EZ Drummer, great pick up. Recommend for anyone needing quality sounding drummer!

Burnt Crumpets

I've had this acoustic track written for a while and thought it was time to get it recorded. The guitar layers and synths just happened after with some exploration. Very eerie feel hence the name of the track. Found some very cool sound samples of crowds and thought the intro part has a chaotic feel with the ghostly melancholy synth.

This track was the first track we wrote as band. We released a demo for this in 2008 when we were 18 years old. We decided to re-record this for the EP we release in 2010. Some slight changes. Was always a crowd favourite. This version is the 2010 EP version.
