this first started as a super simple melody, bass heavy song (inspiried by a song out the Initial D live action movie soundtrack)((its a dogshit movie btw)) but it just ended up evolving into this which is pretty cool ig !!!!

im gonna tell u a story right so basically i was mixing this song and i was ALMOST finished, was gonna do ONE MORE THING then my daw crashed right... and i forgot to FUCKING SAVE. AND, my FUCKING BACKUP CORRUPTED FUUUUCK so i had to remix the WHOLE thing BUT that dont matter anymore cuz it turned out even better than before + i kinda broke a golden rule of production and i added a creative element after the mix was complete which is usually frowned upon right BUT the thing i added was the vocal. i took out a bit that said "back from the dead", edited it to repeat and named the whole beat after it lmao. it was 100% worth it

I put that sub-bass on my kicks and OH MY LORD it makes it so much better. the mixing in general is alot simpler which is suprising cuz its a very busy song!!! but yh thats all bye

right this ones abit different yh:
so basically the 2 main melody elements used are phonk bell samples, as this was ORIGINALLY gonna be an og phonk song but then i experimented with this bell sample, and i autotuned this bell sample to create this weird sound i used in the 2nd half of the last chorus. that bell sound was the motivator behind this whole song really so yeah, shits interesting init

ALSO i rushed the FUCK out of the mix on this bc i was tired but i did ALL the mastering myself, BY HAND. whichhh i have done before but this time is BETTER because its mastered specifically for soundcloud. when i mastered toyko nightriders by hand it wass done for spotify as practice for when i do inevitably release music on there.
