Worldly rhythms abound as Soohan introduces you to the likes of Adèle & Zalem, A-WA, Sukhwinder Singh & Vijay Prakash, and Ana Tijoux through 808-tinged lenses. Interspersed are moments of re-interpreted pop genius. A supercut of Missy Elliot's hardest lines runs atop a selection of Timbaland's best cuts, while elsewhere, Weezer meets Passion Pit and bass-heavy beat patterns straight from the Bay area. 

Equal parts a must-have for the day-ones and the perfect entry port into Soohan's world of remixed art from around the world, a continued journey of musical discovery.

On November 3rd Desert Trax presents Ayahuasca Remixed from Brazilian-born artist Poranguí Carvalho McGrew, translated and remixed through the lenses of visionary producers like Shamans Dream,AtYyA, Drumspyder, Kaminanda,Liquid Bloom, Numatik, Yaima, and many others. These 11 tracks were born from a prayer to bridge worlds from the consciousness of the master plant medicine onto the dance floor. It came to life through the meeting and friendship with musician and producer Sahuna Love (Shaman's Dream), and blossomed with the help of Amani Friend (Desert Dwellers & Desert Trax). Each song weaves the medicine of the original, while beckoning listeners to explore and express their prayers or meditations through embodied movement.
