I start with the name of the holy God, 
The Immortal, Eternal, and Judge, 
Our Savior, the Reviver of souls,

With planning and wisdom He came,
He took flesh as man, 
And freed us from our slavery,

He resembled the servant He created,
For the salvation of those in sadness, 
And the Eternal Word took flesh

By His incarnation from the Lady of the world.

The Cherubim and the Seraphim was seen
Worshiping before the Judge.

A light shone forth from David's house
Who lead the sons of men,
To Whom the ranks of the throne worship,

For the salvation of Adam His servant.

Persian Kings came to Him
With their three different presents. 
And in Bethlehem, they worshiped Him.

A Star shined at that time,
So they saw Him in those cities. 
He was leading them in darkness.

Grant us mercy
O You Who was sought by the Persians. 
And dwell with Your Holy Spirit in us.

Keep Your people from all evils.
And grant peace unto the Church.
And also, let Her servants be sons of light.

Do not forget them O Holy One,
Accept their prayers and oblations.

O, You Who accepted the Publican.
