Hakeem Furious is bringing the fire this winter through bumps, beats and bars in his latest song “Journey to Nellyville.” Cap 6’s “Tactical Titan” collaborated with artists from different parts of Florida to capture the array of sounds created in the various regions of the state. “Journey to Nellyville” features   SaintLee, a popular Haitian singer out of Miami, and it  was produced by Clearwater, FL native ,Fourth Monk, of producer collective, Soulful Nature. The single art cover was also created a Floridian, by Ems Revenge Art, from Orlando.

The song pays homage to the notable St. Louis rapper Nelly’s as the hook infuses his classic hit “Hot in Herre.” Hakeem Furious said he has always been a fan of the song since he was young, and wanted to take his listeners on a nostalgic trip, but down a conscience path. The song has the tone of “the dirty south” and the bounce of “house music.” He said, “We added the message that you essent.ially need movement to actually start a movement so get off your bum and dance.”

Cap 6, aims to dominate this year with a series of projects and performances, as they aim to cultivate and advance artistic culture through music.
