Searching into their continuous vision for sonic innovation Los Charly’s Orchestra teams up with Al Kent, Pete Herbert, Renegades of Jazz and some of their favorite producers from around the globe in order to deliver this eclectic and forward thinking compilation of remixes from their recently released 2nd album Rediscovering The Big Apple.

Blending their Latin core with G Funk, Footwork, Nu Jazz, Breaks, Afro Soul, Disco, House and beyond, this compilation offers a radical contrast to the traditional school of production of Los Charly’s original material.

JFB, 2x UK DMC Champion, has emerged as one of Brighton’s most interesting underground music exports; remixing superstar DJ's like FATBOY SLIM and playing alongside BEARDYMAN at the massive BIG BEACH BOUTIQUE on Brighton Beach as well as creating a string of cutting edge independent releases. 

Now JFB has teamed up with fast-rising local label Freshly Squeezed, to create a new dub-step twist on the labels well-established electro swing sound.

Following the success of Los Charly's Orchestra - "The Latin Edition", the mighty Capitan Futuro has comes up with two monster remixes of the well acclaimed songs: "My Barrio & Jumping with Symphony Sid".

In contrast from the original sound of Los Charly's Orchestra Mr Capitan Futuro has gone for cleaner sounding style, also adding some scratchings and MCing to complete the NEO Latin-Funk formula.

Capitan Futuro is Bruises n' Cuts (Cast-A-Blast fame) and DJ Butcher (Chopshop fame). BnC is also the MC on Symphony Sid. Keyboards on My Barrio by Yannis Dimitriadis. He plays for Omar Faruk tekbilek amongst others and has a daily radio show on Cosmos radio Athens.
