The EX in Wavestation EX stood for Expanded, which means more memory for more sounds was added to the original. There were many new sounds incluced, but probably the most important were DRUMS. There were NO drum sounds at all in the original WS. Here's a cool wave sequence, with a lot of other, weirder sounds included over it, as a demo of some of those sounds. I recorded this to tape in 1998.
