Somewhere between fight and play, Rats are rolling, tying their tails, packed in the pipes beneath this city. One rat bites another rats face, one scratches his own leg away, that's a fact of life and it isn't pretty! No poison can kill them all away, from every trap some will escape, in the darkest corners they procreate, mother, father, brother, sister all suitable mates. Everyone gets a little afraid when they see a big old rat coming their way! Rats in the dark, living loving feeling wanting all the good things in life, don't you know what that's like? As above, so below, rats are everywhere you go, eating shit at the grocery store, they're running around your best friends floor, and if you really have to know some more they're taking your fridge up the back door! When a rat dies, that's a rat's life, nobody cares, nobody cries, caught in a trap or squashed underfoot, some people celebrate, i cant bare to look, Why cant they just live their lives? Are they just so bad that they all must die? Well either way it's all in vain, after humans die rat's will remain. Rats in the dark, living loving feeling wanting all the good things in life, don't you know what that's like?

Lost in thought, Nothing makes sense to me. Caught in a web I made so carefully. My leg is stuck, I can’t reach the things I need. My hands are tied, I move around but can’t break free. I call out your name –in hope that you might hear, I call out your name –you move away in fear. I feel the wind blow as I move with the breeze… Is this the end for creatures like me? To live again, to feed on flesh and bone. To live again, to find another home, is all I ask as I hang here upside down. The wind blows again, It turns me around. A hunger burns deep inside of me. I’m sure theres nothing I wouldn’t hesitate to eat –but I’m caught in a web of my own design, I’m caught up in the fantasy I’ve created in my mind.
